She + Her is an hour-long talk and music show about millennial women hosted by Anita Rao + Sandra Davidson, two millennial women. No subject is off limits. Every week we discuss politics, religion, culture, sexuality, identity and family and feature music that inspires us and our guests. We want to know how our guests and audiences grapple with their own feminism in daily life, what factors shape their identity, and what they struggle with as they forge into adulthood. 

She + Her is a show for women, women-identifed folks, people who care about women, millennials, and anyone hungry for fresh stories. Our conversations are authentic, multi-generational, and diverse. 

She + Her is grateful for WHUP 104.7, Hillsborough, NC's community radio station, broadcasts that broadcasts our program every Monday night at 8pm.

Our conversations are authentic, multi-generational, diverse, and they often come with a southern accent. Topics include sex, the body, pop culture and careers.

She & Her is produced at WHUP 104.7, Hillsborough, NC's community radio station, that broadcasts our program every Thursday night at 6 p.m.
